Refund Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when SynthoCore Automation Inc., operating as “SynthoSoft” (“SynthoSoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), will issue a refund for the Digital Workspace product family (the “Services”). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Individual plan — 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you purchase an Individual plan subscription (monthly or annual) and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of the original purchase date by emailing [email protected]. Once approved, your subscription is cancelled and access ends; there is no obligation to justify the request in detail, but a short reason helps us improve the product.
2. Renewals
The 14-day guarantee in Section 1 applies only to a subscriber's first payment on a plan. Subsequent renewal charges (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once the renewal period has started, except where required by law or at our discretion (for example, a clear billing error). If you want to stop future renewals, cancel any time through the Paddle customer billing portal — accessible from inside any SynthoSoft add-in via Settings → Manage subscription (see Manage your subscription) — and a link is also included in your purchase confirmation email. Your access continues for the remainder of the period you already paid for.
3. Corporate / seat-based plans
Corporate plans are provisioned through the Microsoft 365 admin center (Centralized Deployment / Integrated Apps) or, where applicable, Microsoft AppSource. Refund requests for corporate plans are reviewed case by case — email [email protected] with your organization name and Microsoft 365 Tenant ID. Where billing runs through Microsoft's commercial marketplace, Microsoft's own marketplace refund rules and timelines may also apply in addition to this policy.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
We will always refund a payment that was charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after a subscription was already cancelled, or an incorrect amount. Contact us as soon as you notice the issue so we can correct it quickly.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase, with the order/subscription reference from your confirmation email if you have it. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. How refunds are processed
Individual plan payments are processed by our payment processor and merchant of record, Paddle; once we approve a refund, Paddle issues it back to your original payment method. Processing times are generally a few business days but can take longer depending on your bank or card issuer. Corporate plans billed through Microsoft follow Microsoft's own refund processing timelines.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a card chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of the associated license while the dispute is investigated.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
