Manage your subscription

Individual plan subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Because your billing record is tied to the Microsoft account you signed in with — not a password on this website — subscription management lives inside the product itself, not on a public web page:

1. Open any SynthoSoft add-in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook) and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to subscribe.
2. Go to Settings → Manage subscription.
3. You'll be taken to a secure, authenticated Paddle customer portal session created just for your account, where you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual billing, view invoices, or cancel.

We link out this way — rather than a static billing URL on this site — because the portal session is minted per request against your specific subscription; a generic public link can't do that safely.
