Heads up: a subscription covers all four apps, but each one needs the add-in installed separately — adding it in Excel doesn't make it appear in Word.
How the add-ins land on your machine, and how licensing works, differs slightly depending on whether you bought an Individual plan yourself or your organization bought a Corporate plan through Microsoft.
Individual plan
Installing the add-ins
Individual add-ins are installed the same way as any Office add-in: from inside Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, go to Insert → Add-ins → My Add-ins (or Get Add-ins), search for SynthoSoft, and add it. Repeat for each app you want to use it in — a subscription covers all four.
Activation
Nothing to activate manually. After subscribing, sign in with your Microsoft account inside the add-in and access unlocks automatically. See Getting started for the full first-run walkthrough.
Corporate plan
Installing the add-ins
Corporate deployment is handled centrally by your IT administrator through Microsoft AppSource and the Microsoft 365 admin center (Integrated Apps / Centralized Deployment) — individual employees don't install anything themselves. Once deployed, the add-in simply appears in the ribbon the next time someone opens the relevant app.
Activation
Automatic for any user your admin assigns. There's no license key, and no separate sign-in step beyond the Microsoft account the employee already uses for Office.
Admins: after completing checkout through Microsoft AppSource, you'll land on an activation confirmation page with your next steps (assign seats, confirm rollout
