Fastest path to value: skip straight to step 4 and run one real number through a calculator — that's the single best way to see what SynthoSoft does for you.

SynthoSoft lives inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook — there's no separate app to open or window to manage. This page gets you from "just subscribed" to your first real result in about five minutes.

1. Open an Office app

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook — on desktop or web. SynthoSoft appears in the ribbon of each once it's installed (see Installation & activation if you don't see it yet).

2. Sign in with Microsoft

Click the SynthoSoft tab, then sign in with the same Microsoft account you use for Office itself. Access unlocks automatically — there's no license key to type in.

If you subscribed with a different email than your Microsoft sign-in, check your confirmation email for a one-click "Connect my Microsoft account" link. See Account & billing for details.

  • PowerPoint — a guided builder for proposals, design reviews, and technical presentations.
  • Outlook — transmittals and correspondence blocks tied to your project documents.
